Nutella Cookies a'la Denise

For the cookie dough:
  • 500 g Flour
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 2 pinches of Salt
  • 125 g Butter
  • 125 g Margarine
  • ½ Package of baking powder
  • 2 Packages Vanilla Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Eggyolk

For Dekor:
  • Nutella
  • Which ever Cholocate you like to melt and dip the cookies in
Preparation:

Add all the ingredients for the cookie dough in a huge bowl and knead them into one solid dough, then let it rest for an hour in the fridge.

Put the dough in a piping bag and squirt them into equal pieces. (Take care, they expand a lot while baking!) Then bake in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes at 180°C on the middle rail.

Take them out and let them cool off.

Now for the interesting part: Find two cookies of the same sice and form and stick them together with some Nutella in between. Dip one side of them in molten chocolate and let them dry. Enjoy!
